« New Years Eve + Diy Wedding = WOW!! »

Last year I was honoured to be asked to act as best man at the wedding of my good friends Rob and Sian. not only that they also asked me to take pictures....  so just after Christmas Adrienne (my other half and bridesmaid) packed our bags and headed for Swindon. What ensued was 5 days of crafting, photo taking, eating, dancing, crying, laughing and general amazingness....

On NYE we had a lovely intimate church service then a high tea back at Sians family home:

in the evening we popped back to the church.....

Then a few days later there was a massive party in the most incredible barn with and attached marquee, with a winter wonderland theme.

homemade canapés for the win!!

handmade signs...

check out the party shoes....

I ran club nights with Rob for many years so it was inevitable that Rob would hit the wheels of steel.

If the mother of the bride tells you its snowing and wants a group shot outside what do you do??

grab your camera and get outside!!

Sians mum worked soooo hard for weeks so this picture makes me very happy.

the dancing was carnage....

Thanks for letting me and Adrienne be a massive part of your amazing week. Love you guys you ROCK

they're all sexy but the shot of them crackin' up outside the church door is the sexiest one.

Some lovely pictures - you really cover all the best wedding moments - I love everything from the shoes to the outside church shots, to the DJing, dancing (especially the dancing), vintagey photos and the romantic ones. Have to ask... I know it was NYE but isn't that Santa at the very edge of the snowy group shot?! Love this wedding, well done.
